Haunted Beauty

Haunted Beauty dwells in the liminal space where grief, longing, and nostalgia gather. Fluid black ink and layered gouache on maple panel sit alongside photographs of the natural and built world — each drawn to romantic decay: a beauty that is imperfect, worn, or faded, yet deeply compelling. The work quietly asks the viewer to seek the part of themselves that stays hidden.
